The Zion Nature Center encourages Zionsville and Central Indiana families to take an active role in their native environment through educational and inquiry-based programs and activities.
The Zionsville Nature Center was founded in 2002 through the dedicated efforts of the Zionsville Parks Department and the Friends of Zion Nature Center. The Zionsville Nature Center is currently located on the grounds of Eagle Elementary in Zionsville and adjacent to the Zion Nature Sanctuary. Because of our location there is limited program availability during school days and hours.
