Geist Waterfront Park is hosting their own "World's Largest Swimming Lesson" session as part of an annual global drowning prevention event launched by the World Waterpark Association in 2010.
The World's Largest Swimming Lesson serves as a platform to help our community of Fishers build awareness about the fundamental importance of teaching children to swim. Swimming is a life-saving skill for children and a vital tool to prevent drowning.
This event is free and no registration is required. Demonstrations will be given in 30 minute increments from the start time. This event will be held from 11AM-1PM on Thursday, June 20.
