Build strength from the inside out for kids and adults through ninja classes. Our American Ninja Warrior inspired gym is a great way to get kids moving and building strength while having a the time of their life. We also offer Adult Fitness classes, birthday parties, field trips and private events.

Our classes are 50 minutes of ninja training. We focus on mastering 3 different obstacles per class. Kids do not need prior experience in the ninja sport. Our coaches meet each individual at their skill level and build their strength and confidence.
