In collaboration with Friends of Garfield Park, our 50th Anniversary Artistic Season begins with our 7th annual Opera in the Park concert at MacAllister Amphitheater in Garfield Park, a FREE event for all to attend!
The evening will feature rising opera stars of Indianapolis, with concert hosts, opera superstar soprano Angela Brown and Maestro Alfred Savia, joined by musical guests, tenor Ganson Salmon, baritone Jeremiah Sanders, and mezzo-soprano Lyndsay Moy, alongside the Indianapolis Opera Resident Artists and Chorus.
Experience a free concert with beautiful music and captivating performances while enjoying the spacious park and picnicking with friends and family!
Gates open at 6:00 PM, and the concert starts at 7:00 PM.
Food trucks and mobile bar on site. Guests are welcome to bring outside foor and non-alcoholic beverages.
Audience donations are necessary to make events like Opera in the Park possible.
