Monument Circle Art Fair is a platform where regional artists showcase their work on the soldiers and sailors circle monument in downtown Indianapolis. Its attraction for local and regional art fair goers as well as out-of-town visitors, rain or shine, this free to the public event features regional art, music and local food trucks, which surround the outer circle.
