Lunar New Year Festival Year of the Snake - At Indianapolis Public Library - Central Library

The Indiana Association of Chinese Americans (IACA), Indianapolis Chinese Performing Arts, Inc (ICPAI), and Purdue University will host a Lunar New Year Festival at Central Library. Come join us in celebrating the year of the snake! Enjoy a stage performance featuring Chinese-American performing arts that include traditional Chinese-American style lion dance, traditional dance, traditional Chinese orchestra music, and Tai Chi exercise presentations. Cultural vendors will also be present to share interactive experiences with attendees. The first 50 people who arrive can receive a complimentary copy of Lunar New Year: Celebrating Lunar New Year in 5 Asian Communities by Yobe Qiu.
