Holy Spirit Church was born on July 25, 1946, when then Archbishop Joseph Ritter ordered the Parish creation in response to rapid growth on the Eastside of Indianapolis. Since then, the Church has gone through many changes under four Pastors. For the last 68 years, Holy Spirit has anchored our neighborhood on the east side of Indianapolis, proclaimed our faith and educated the youth of this community. We are particularly proud of Holy Spirit Catholic School with over 400 students in attendance.
