Corn Full Moon Hike - At Pecar Nature Park - With Washington Township Parks and Recreation Department

Join our Indiana Master Naturalist, Dee Dee Moore as we hike on the brightest night of the month. We'll meet at the Pecar Nature Center parking lot and we’ll lead a hike through the prairie and Pock Wood trails to observe the full moon, learn about the lore of the corn full moon, and observe Indiana’s wildlife. We’ll provide special flashlights to help guide us on the trails in the woods. Please wear old shoes or hiking boots and apply insect repellent before hiking the trails.
