The Arts & Music Odyssey Continues in Downtown Danville
Get ready for an unforgettable day of music, art, and small-town charm as the second annual FREE Summer PorchFest transforms downtown Danville into a walkable live music experience!
Hosted by the Danville Rotary Club, PorchFest invites visitors to wander the courthouse square and surrounding neighborhoods where front porches, storefronts, patios, alleyways, and outdoor gathering spaces become intimate stages for talented local musicians and performers.
From blues and country to rock, gospel, folk, and acoustic favorites, PorchFest offers a little something for every music lover. Spend the afternoon and evening discovering new artists, enjoying familiar favorites, and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere as live music fills the streets of Danville.
Bring your friends and family, grab a lawn chair or picnic blanket, and make a day of it as you stroll from porch to porch enjoying performances throughout the community.

PorchFest is part of Danville’s ongoing Arts & Music Odyssey celebration, bringing together creativity, culture, and community in unique and exciting ways.
While you’re downtown, be sure to experience the Plein Air “Paint the Town” event happening alongside PorchFest. Watch artists create beautiful works of art in real time as they paint scenes throughout downtown Danville, inspired by the people, architecture, and energy of the day. The combination of live music and live painting creates a truly immersive arts experience unlike any other.
