2026 Summer Fun Run - With Carmel Clay Parks and Recreation
Join us for an exciting and scenic summer adventure across the parks! Each week we’ll explore one of Carmel’s beautiful parks, one trail at a time. Whether you're a runner or walker looking for a new fitness challenge, or you simply enjoy a good stroll through the park, this is your chance to discover new spots and support your local parks—all at your own pace!

How It Works
1. One Park, One Trail, Every Week
Each week we’ll feature a different Carmel park, complete with a unique trail to run or walk. This year, we're also suggesting longer routes to other parks for more mileage.
We’ll provide directions and a link to each park department’s website so you can check hours, amenities, and more.

2. Track Your Progress
Complete the weekly trail and log your results using your fitness tracker or by manually entering your date, time, and distance. Whether you’re racing against the clock or enjoying a leisurely walk, every step counts.
3. Picture of the Week
When you log your results, share your favorite photo with us on Facebook or Twitter. We'll choose one winner each week and award a fun prize from Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation!
4. Prize for the Finishers
Complete and record your days, times, and distance on all six featured trails, and you’ll be entered to win fantastic prizes from local businesses.
