We're bringing fitness instructors in from a wide variety of programs to give you a FREE one-hour introduction to their area of fitness expertise -- all while you enjoy the natural beauty of W.S. Gibbs Memorial Park! As each month approaches, visit our Facebook page to register, to find out who's leading Fitness in the Park that month, and the details of the program being presented.
